Don't power off

Hey, I just wanted to tell you that today we are gonna be using some analogies. One is the remote.
Here is the remote.
The Tv is your life. When you push the power off, you end you life. When you  feel overwhelmed and stressed, push pause, and take a break for  a while.  Do one off your favorite things, read, go watch Netflix or something. Just relax, and when you feel rejuvenated and energized, push play again.
 Thanks for listening, Madison

Help Me!

This is going to be a very short post, but I thought I would include it anyway.
This blog really helps with my anxiety: www.tinybuddha.com

Ways to stay happy.

1. Exercise more

.

2. Positive thinking affects your performance

“Happiness is the precursor to success.” – Shawn Achor

3. Trash your negative thoughts

4. Treasure your experiences more than your possessions

5. Write down why you are grateful

6. Practise mindfulness

7. Don’t forget your beauty sleep.

8. Spend your time helping other people.

9. Focus on the life you want to live

“The heart goes where the head takes it, and neither cares much about the whereabouts of the feet.”- Dr. Daniel Gilbert.
10. Focus on your strengths

You. Are. Enough.

Ok. You don't need to be perfect to be loved. You don't need to be 89 pounds and gorgeous to have friends. You don't need false hope. You are awesome just the way you are. If you are alone and you just feel like no one loves you, just know, I LOVE YOU. thank you for knowing that you are enough to be loved and accepted.

Stay Strong.

I have anxiety. I try to stay strong by using essential oils... Some that help my anxiety are , peace and calming, and stress away. Sorry for my posts being so short.

Hi, I am Madison, I created this blog because I recently watched a docmentary about anorexia, and I didn't want people to fall into this hole of sadness, called depression. I am a girl who is struggling with anxiety in my day- to- day life. So, if someone made something like this for me, it would make my anxiety levels drop. So, I love to dance, hang out with my best friends, and play basketball and softball. So, I really hope this blog helps you and makes you feel good about how you are doing in your everyday life... - Madison
